What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can work properly and remember your preferences. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way.
Essential (always on)
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off:
- Your cookie choice (stored in your browser's local storage): remembers whether you chose Accept all or Essential only, so we don't ask on every page. Kept until you change it or clear your browser data.
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): may set a cookie when you use our enquiry form, to check you're a person and not a bot.
- Marketing source (browser session storage): notes how you first arrived, so an enquiry you send tells us which marketing worked. Deleted when you close the tab.
Our own website statistics are cookieless: they do not store anything on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
If you choose Accept all, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It sets these cookies:
- _ga: distinguishes visitors. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_ followed by our site code: keeps track of your current visit. Expires after 2 years.
If you choose Essential only, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Google Analytics is not loaded and these cookies are never set.
What we don't use
We do not use advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share any cookie data.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the enquiry form, working.
